Join Gallet Dreyer & Berkey Partner and CNYC President Marc Luxemburg and Architect Leon Geoxavier at the CNYC 41st Annual Housing Conference Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 9 am for Session 101: New Laws & Rules in NYC: Responsibilities and Opportunities for Co-ops & Condos.

Laws passed by the State Legislature and the City Council and regulations promulgated by City agencies impose new responsibilities on building owners each year – and sometimes bring relief or new opportunities. As regulations related to the pandemic are eased, the City has further promoted recovery by offering reductions in certain penalties. Expanded FISP requirements continue in place as do the carbon reduction goals of Local Law 97 and posting of Energy benchmarking grades. Join Marc and Leon for an overview of what boards need to do to stay in compliance and to benefit from new opportunities.
