Adam has experience meeting the legal and business needs of corporate clients.

Adam has eleven years of broad transactional and civil litigation experience representing boards of directors, shareholders, business owners, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders in a wide variety of corporate, commercial, trusts, estates, and real estate matters. Adam’s multi-disciplinary background and extensive negotiation training make him equally capable of managing your multi-million-dollar transaction as your “bet the company” litigation.  Whether in the courtroom, the board room, or at the negotiating table, Adam strives to achieve practical, creative, and cost-effective solutions to the challenging issues facing each of his clients. 
 
Adam graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013, where he successfully represented the school in local, regional, national, and international dispute resolution competitions. Prior to working at Gallet Dreyer & Berkey, Adam worked with the Director of Acquisitions and Strategic Planning at a global apparel manufacturer. He also served as a summer associate at Gallet Dreyer & Berkey.
