Atty K. Bruggemann’s practice reflects her steadfast dedication to Matrimonial and Family Law, with a particular focus on high-stakes matrimonial cases, including those involving public figures and high-net-worth individuals, as well as business owners, executives, and their spouses.  She has particular experience in intricate custody and financial matters, ensuring clients receive comprehensive legal support at the toughest times in their lives.

Atty takes great pride in safeguarding her clients’ interests with precision and compassion, particularly in the drafting and negotiating of complex agreements from prenuptials to settlements.

A partner in the firm, Atty has practiced exclusively in the field of matrimonial and family law since 2010. She graduated from New York Law School with cum laude honors as a member of the Law Review. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Roslyn H. Richter when Judge Richter sat in the matrimonial part of New York County Supreme Court.

After law school, Atty worked for two of the most prestigious boutique matrimonial firms in New York City. Most recently, she was a partner at a boutique matrimonial firm in Westchester County.

She is frequently published in the New York Law Journal as well as written articles in Newsweek and Parent.com. She has also served as a teaching member of Lawline.com, where she has given lectures on challenging custody arrangements, and business valuation topics.

Atty lives in Westchester County with her husband and three children and is an avid baseball enthusiast and New York Yankees fan.
