Lauren Schulman
Primary Practice Areas
Lauren’s practice focuses on complex litigation in the music and entertainment industries, counseling clients on privacy and data security matters, and litigating trademark enforcement matters. She also represents Fortune 500 companies and other large commercial policyholders in complex insurance matters across a wide range of industries.
Lauren is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where her studies were concentrated on data privacy and information law. Lauren has developed an extensive body of knowledge of the various rules and regulations governing data privacy, cybersecurity, and information law through her concentrated coursework and engagement with Fordham Law School’s Center on Law and Information Policy and the United Nations International Telecommunication Union.
Previously, Lauren worked as a Legal Extern in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps, a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, and a Legal Intern at the United Nations. While in law school, Lauren was a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and participated in the Samuel-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic.
