Primary Practice Areas

Mr. Reich has extensive practice in estate planning, the administration of wills and trusts, and family matters.

He is often called upon to assist in resolving issues relating to the disposition of wealth among family members and from parents to children when one sibling may be in the family business and others may not. Mr. Reich’s goal in estate planning is not only to minimize taxes but to establish patterns of giving that will protect beneficiaries from creditors, matrimonial issues, and even spendthrift tendencies.
